Aaron Switz

Founder & CEO

Aaron Switz is Founder and CEO at Innerbloom Hospitality.   After receiving his B.S in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, Aaron developed an extensive background in financial capital management, entrepreneurship, brand development, and leadership.  He currently is on the board of directors at Heroes for Health Lifetime Foundation and a YPO member at Twin Cities Chapter.   Aaron has been generously recognized as a Twin Cities Business Top 100 people to know in 2023, an honor that shines a spotlight on Aaron driving change ahead in business and within each of the concepts he has developed.

Beyond Aaron’s background, he has committed his time, resources, and passion to the well-being and growth of Innerbloom Hospitality and the extensive portfolio that exists within.  He is a visionary and creative force that brings pen and paper to life with each concept that is developed.  All the while keeping hospitality, high-quality experience, and our customers’ needs at the forefront.  

With no slowing down in sight and his desire to bring creative, stylish hospitality to the restaurant scene, Aaron keeps bringing Innerbloom and each concept to new levels and continuous growth.
