Anne DeBeau-Melting

Chief Operating Officer

Anne DeBeau-Melting is Innerbloom's Chief Operating Officer.  Since earning her B.A. and M.A from the University of Minnesota, she has gained 20+ years of experience and knowledge in operations, human resources, and customer service both in the retail and hospitality industries.

Anne's ability and commitment to take Innerbloom's operations from the start of two concepts to the current six concepts and growing has led to successful ongoing daily operations, employee culture & growth, and customer satisfaction. Her focus on creating a culture within Innerbloom represents high-quality service and values that bring the teams together each day.

She successfully leads all day-to-day operations with grace, leadership, outstanding attention to detail, and the nonstop ability to find efficiencies and best practices to continue to take Innerbloom forward.  Her appreciation of operations translates over into her giving back with volunteer work for the Festival of Nations (International Institute of Minnesota) as a member of their operations committee.
