Carlos first started with Innerbloom in our Agra Culture Kitchen stores.  Overtime, Carlos’s relatable and down-to-earth personality along with his drive for customer satisfaction and passion for food soon brought him to his current Corporate Manager role.  

Carlos shares the same high-quality values as Innerbloom at every level.  From seeking and using top-notch ingredients to treating all our employees and customers fairly, Carlos takes pride in his genuine kindness and professionalism.

When Carlos is not busy overseeing La Grolla, he is enjoying cooking and watching and playing soccer.
